Others are in condo style buildings but may feature outdoor courtyard areas. There may be shopping facilities close by and some communities have fitness centers and beauty salons on site for residents to enjoy. The cost of a continuing care retirement community is going to vary depending on what it has to offer and where you are in the country. The best thing to do when considering one of these communities is to shop around and see what is available in your preferred location.
